How to care for
Always ensure the legs are fully extended and you are on solid ground before use.
We recommend you always use a chopping board and avoid cutting directly onto “Derek.” Although if you have to, he’s tough enough not to be bothered too much.
Use a naturally derived cleaning product and soft cloth to wipe over your table. If you are particular (like us) wipe over with a dry tea towel for a spot free finish.
Remove any campsite remnants before packing away (sand, dirt, last nights dinner etc)
If you have been in salt air or water, give it a fresh water rinse as soon as you can.
Always pack away clean and dry.
When in use, do not exceed the maximum evenly distributed weight capacity of 150kg.

Can I really put hot pans directly on these tables?
Yes! The 3mm Alloy is unaffected by hot pans straight from your fire or camp stove.
Will the ocean spray damage them?
No. All Stratus Outdoors tables use a smart combination of rust resistant aluminium and stainless steel fixings. The ocean spray won’t worry them.
Do they come with a carry bag?
Yes, both Derek and Big D include a heavy-duty waxed rPET canvas carry bag made from approximately 125 recycled plastic bottles.
Are you a sustainable brand?
Yes! In fact we aim to be more than sustainable, because that seems like treading water in one spot. We prefer to be moving forward. Not only are our products made of environmentally conscious materials, we have also worked with our shipping partners and custom designed our entire shipping process to be 100% free of single use plastic.
