We want you to receive your goods from Stratus Outdoors as soon as possible.
Every order placed before 12pm (AEST - Brisbane) will be assigned for dispatch that afternoon, subject to stock availability.
All parcels are delivered Australia wide using select couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the goods and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-8 business days, depending on factors including availability of the goods and your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier company has the Authority to Leave your consignment in a safe location at the address supplied. We can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were delivered.
We currently do not offer standard international shipping. If you are from outside Australia and would like to purchase our products, please contact email@example.com with your purchase request and we will arrange the best shipping option available to your location.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number which you can use to provide up to date information on the location of your goods.
If you haven’t received your order within 9 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We understand that online shopping can sometimes bring hesitation, so we are here to help put your mind at ease.
At Stratus, we will accept product returns within 30 days from the date of your order.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you with a full refund or a store credit based upon meeting the following requirements:
1. The item is returned in “as new” condition, showing no signs of use.
2. The item is returned within 30 days of the original order date.
3. The item is packaged in its original packaging which is unmarked and undamaged.
Please include a copy of your original purchase receipt or copy of correspondence between yourself and Stratus regarding the return details and reason if applicable.
If these requirements are not met, we may decline the return at our discretion.
Original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
