We did our first camping trip using the bench seat. We didn’t have to worry about overnight rain and were able to sit very comfortably on the seat at dinner time - much better than a camping chair for dining. So glad I decided to include the Barry bench seat in my order! We have used it around the house as a really sturdy & safe step - can hold two adults. The legs fold up easily & can go into the boot to set up for use as a quick shared footstool / platter table with our All Day chairs when we’re on the move.

How to care for
- Always ensure the legs are fully extended and you are on solid ground before use.
- We recommend you always use a chopping board and avoid cutting directly onto “Barry.” Although if you have to, he’s tough enough not to be bothered too much.
- Use a naturally derived cleaning product and soft cloth to wipe over. If you are particular (like us) wipe over with a dry tea towel for a spot free finish.
- Remove any campsite remnants before packing away (sand, dirt, last nights dinner etc)
- If you have been in salt air or water, give it a fresh water rinse as soon as you can.
- Always pack away clean and dry.
- When in use, do not exceed the maximum evenly distributed weight capacity of 200kg.
